Eduarda Moura missed weight by a significant margin for her debut in the octagon at UFC Fight Night 231, but she made up for it with a dominant performance.
Moura (10-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) displayed her unbeaten prowess as she overwhelmed Montserrat Conejo (10-4 MMA, 1-3 UFC) in both striking and grappling, resulting in a TKO victory at 2:14 of Round 2. The catchweight fight took place at Ginasio Do Ibirapuera in Brazil.

Despite the one-sided nature of the bout, Moura failed to make weight by 3.5 pounds, resulting in a deduction of 30 percent of her purse. However, her post-fight interview revealed her joy and confidence as she called out Diane Belbita.
“This is exactly what we trained for. Thankfully, we were able to execute it,” Moura told Michael Bisping through an interpreter. “I want to fight Belbita. I’m going to make her learn to bark like a dog.”
