Tom Aspinall is the favored fighter according to oddsmakers in his upcoming heavyweight clash against Sergei Pavlovich at UFC 295.
Due to a serious injury sustained by champion Jon Jones, the planned title fight between Jones and Stipe Miocic at the UFC’s 30th anniversary event on November 11 at Madison Square Garden in New York had to be scrapped. In light of this, a matchup for the interim heavyweight title was arranged between Pavlovich (18-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC) and Aspinall (13-3 MMA, 6-1 UFC).
Despite Pavlovich’s six-fight knockout streak inside the octagon, oddsmakers have given Aspinall the upper hand by making him the favorite for the bout.
According to DraftKings, Aspinall is the favored fighter at -130 odds (meaning a $130 bet is required to win $100), while Pavlovich stands as the underdog at +110 odds (meaning a $100 bet will win $110). This highly anticipated fight will serve as the co-main event of the card.
