Banner #2 – Recap of Big Ten media day: The annual Big Ten basketball media day took place in Minneapolis, where both the men’s and women’s teams participated. Notably, Indiana’s women’s coach Teri Moren and star players Mackenzie Holmes and Chloe Moore-McNeil made appearances, while Tuesday saw IU coach Mike Woodson, along with players Trey Galloway and Xavier Johnson, take the podium. The women’s soccer team also recorded a significant victory over Purdue, reclaiming the Golden Boot. Women’s soccer achieved a respectable draw against Michigan State, ranked highly, while men’s soccer emerged victorious against Evansville. Furthermore, field hockey achieved a win over Bellarmine and endured close fights against ranked opponents Louisville and Iowa. Other programs, such as women’s golf, cross country, men’s tennis, and swimming and diving, showcased outstanding performances and notable achievements.
