Get ready for the PPA Tour’s Hertz Gold Cup as more than 1,000 pickleballers descend on Holly Hill’s Pictona to see two new paddle-and-ball stars, as well as a past racquet-and-ball legend.
Returning to Pictona are Ben Johns and Anna Leigh Waters, who dominated at the Florida Open in March. Both are the top-ranked players in singles, doubles, and mixed doubles.
They are also an almost unbeatable mixed-doubles team and will take the spotlight this weekend. Johns, a 24-year-old Maryland native, will team up with his older brother, Collin, for men’s doubles, while Waters, a 16-year-old living in Boynton Beach, will pair with Canadian Catherine Parenteau, the second-ranked player in women’s singles and doubles in the PPA.
Furthermore, tennis legend Ivan Lendl and other former pros will also compete at Pictona. Lendl, who lives in Vero Beach, will participate in the Men’s Senior Open, while other seasoned players will join the action.
Don’t miss the excitement with over 1,100 players, including amateurs at all levels, at the 49-court complex in Holly Hill. Get your tickets for four action-packed days, with all-week passes starting at $80.
