Victor Osimhen Discloses His Arsenal of Premier League Apparel

Victor Osimhen has acknowledged that he possesses Chelsea and Manchester United shirts in his collection, reflecting the persistent rumors of his move to the Premier League.

The Nigerian footballer is recognized for contributing to Napoli’s first Serie A title in over thirty years during the previous season. His consistent goal-scoring performances have garnered attention from various clubs across Europe.

Last summer, several English clubs were seeking a new No 9. United secured a deal for Rasmus Hojlund, while Chelsea could potentially be back in the market to address their issues in the final third. Osimhen was on their radar in the previous summer, and he has also publicly expressed his admiration for the English top-flight, particularly Chelsea.

During an interview on The Obi One Podcast, Osimhen revealed, “I don’t have a favorite Premier League team but I’ve two jerseys: Chelsea and Man United. Many friends of mine are Chelsea fans, few are Man United fans.” He further emphasized, “Premier League is the most appreciated league by every African player – it’s a huge league.”

Osimhen achieved over 30 goals for the first time in the previous term and has already scored six times in 10 games this season. Despite the TikTok video incident earlier in the season, he stands by his commitment to Napoli. Nevertheless, interest in his services remains substantial, and Napoli has a track record of unloading their top talent for significant financial gains.

Last summer, Osimhen faced a lucrative offer from Al-Hilal as Saudi Arabian clubs sought to secure European talent, causing him to consider leaving Napoli. However, he firmly rejected the “crazy” figures and upheld his commitment to the Italian club.
