Tommy Fury reveals what Jake Paul messaged him privately after KSI fight amid rematch rumours

TOMMY FURY stirred up the boxing world with claims that Jake Paul reached out to him privately after his victorious fight against KSI.

Fury made history by being the first man to defeat Paul in the boxing ring, achieving a split-decision win in their grudge match in Saudi Arabia. His win was captured in this exclusive image gallery.

After triumphing over Paul, Fury went on to face KSI and secured another victory on the scorecards. It was a fight watched ringside by Paul, who later reached out to congratulate Fury.

Fury revealed to the Daily Mail about Paul’s private message of congratulations.
“He messaged me the other day and said, ‘Congratulations brother, you know, I could tell there’s something wrong with your hand.’ All this sort of stuff, being extra nice. Trying to get that fight on. At the end of the day, it’s one of them, I think the fight is inevitable. He knows that I’m his biggest draw and for me now sitting at the top I’ve done things that he hasn’t. Him and KSI have been talking about fighting for years, I’ve literally came and inside 12 months beat the pair of them, on their own show. So I don’t know, it is what it is. It’s my choice now, no matter what I’m the head of the crossover thing now. It’s alright me saying it because I’ve beat the two best men in it. So whoever I want to fight next it’s up to me. I can pick and choose these guys.”

Since Fury’s win over KSI, KSI has appealed his loss, calling it a “robbery” and announced he is taking a break from boxing. Paul, on the other hand, will return on Friday, December 15 to fight a pro boxer with a “winning record”. The American has also expressed interest in a rematch with Fury following his victory over ex-UFC star Nate Diaz, 38, in August.
