Titus O’Neil talks charity, football and WWE

We’re on the brink of something great. Despite taking different paths since our time as Florida teammates, we’ve managed to stay connected. It’s true, I did try to recruit him to be a WWE superstar for a moment.

I was serious about it and really thought he could give it a shot. However, he quickly dismissed the idea. But I can’t deny he would have made a fantastic tag team partner, just like he did at Florida.

I have no doubt that he would excel here with his personality and athletic ability. He already had an impressive resume as a first-round draft pick, Pro Bowler, and All-SEC player. It would have been a blast.

Although we didn’t win, being reunited with him for this event was a lot of fun. Many thanks to Zia Cook, Dawn Staley, and Johnsonville for making it happen. In a way, we all came out as winners, even though we couldn’t conquer the cornhole challenge. At least we defeated them in the football game.

Who knows? Perhaps we can do it again next year. It’s up to Johnsonville. I’m up for it, and I’m sure Jevon is too. And with a full year to prepare, I’m ready to take on Dawn Staley.
