Charlie Woods, son of famed golfer Tiger Woods, has made a name for himself in junior golf, securing a win that adds to his growing list of achievements.
The 14-year-old contributed to the victory of the Benjamin School boys team, propelling them to the Florida High School Athletic Association Class A state championship, marking the school’s fourth title.
Playing at Mission Inn Resort and Club in Howey-In-The-Hills, Florida, Woods secured the fourth best score among his teammates, showcasing his talent on the course while his father, Tiger, observed.
His individual ranking landed him tied-26th, contributing to the team’s narrow one-shot victory.
Notably, Woods’ father had previously caddied for him during his Junior National Golf Championship win, a testament to the family’s rich golfing history.

Despite his son’s achievement, Tiger Woods never secured a state championship due to the absence of the competition during his time at Western High School.
Nonetheless, Tiger Woods’ impressive golfing feats include becoming the youngest US Junior Amateur champion at just 15 years old and a three-time winner of the event.
Tiger Woods’ legacy continues to influence the world of golf, despite his current world ranking and sporadic appearances following a severe car crash in 2021.
However, Woods remains active in the sport, with plans to participate in The TGL, a televised indoor golf league organized by TMRW Sports, a company he co-founded alongside Rory McIlroy.
