With a solid four years spent in the Sky organization focusing on player development, Pagiliocca initiated discussions with the Sky management a few months ago, and things naturally progressed from there. It’s worth noting that the Sky opted to hire someone from within the organization for the general manager position. Pagliocca’s expertise spans over 20 years in high-quality player development and basketball training, with his own company, Evolution Athletics, offering training to athletes across various levels. He also provides strategic consultation and scouting and film analysis expertise.
