Isaiah Robertson, a 6-foot, 180-pound wide receiver from Arlington, recently committed to the Texas Tech football program.
During his junior season, Robertson had 42 receptions for 472 yards and five touchdowns, as well as 19 rushing attempts for 209 yards and two touchdowns. According to MaxPreps, Robertson’s team, the Colts, concluded their season with a 4-7 record.
The commitment announcement was shared by Robertson on X, a renowned social-media platform previously known as Twitter.
Ranked at No. 64 on the 2025 class list of the state’s top high-school prospects by the 247Sports recruiting service, Robertson has also received scholarship offers from Kansas and Arkansas.
Robertson marks the fourth player to pledge to the Red Raiders for their 2025 recruiting class. Joining him are Hitchcock’s quarterback Lloyd Jones III, Wichita Falls City View’s wide receiver-cornerback Isaiah Anderson, and Stephenville’s wide receiver Tristian Gentry.
TEXAS TECH FOOTBALL COMMITMENTS
The following high-school juniors have made non-binding commitments to Texas Tech for the 2025 recruiting class: Lloyd Jones III, a 6-4, 210-pound quarterback from Hitchcock; Tristian Gentry, a 6-0, 165-pound wide receiver from Stephenville; Isaiah Robertson, a 6-0, 180-pound wide receiver from Arlington; Isaiah Anderson, a 6-0, 165-pound wide receiver and cornerback from Wichita Falls City View.
