Tar Heels move into Top 10 of US LBM Coaches Poll after 6-0 start

The North Carolina Tar Heels have made a strong comeback in the 2021 college football season, securing a spot in the Top 10. After their impressive 41-31 victory over Miami, the Tar Heels now hold a perfect 6-0 record. This outstanding performance has also propelled them up the US LBM Coaches Poll.

The latest poll has shown that the Tar Heels have jumped two spots, moving from No. 12 to No. 10. This is their highest ranking of the season so far and solidifies their position as the second-highest-ranked team in the Atlantic Coast Conference, just behind No. 4 Florida State. Duke has also made progress, climbing one spot to No. 17, while Louisville has fallen to No. 21. Unfortunately, the Hurricanes dropped out of the poll after suffering their second consecutive loss.
