Experience with frameworks like NestJS and Apollo GraphQL for building backend services is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have experience with designing relational databases and testing tools like Jest, Playwright, and Mock Service Worker. Knowledge of Git source control, troubleshooting and debugging, and applying creative solutions to technical challenges is essential.

This role is similar to the Senior Application Developer position but requires a minimum of two years of web development experience. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with frameworks and libraries like Angular, React, or Vue.js, is necessary. Candidates should also be familiar with version control systems like Git, have experience with relational databases, and be skilled in designing user interfaces and backend services.

If you’re interested in a career in baseball, we also have a job opening for a Minor League Affiliate Fellowship position. This position is available at each of the St. Louis Cardinals’ minor league affiliates and the Dominican Republic Academy. The Minor League Affiliate Fellow will be responsible for managing video and technology resources at these locations to assist the coaching staff in player development. This is a seasonal job for the 2024 season, but it may lead to full-time employment in Player Development, Scouting, or elsewhere within Baseball Operations.

To be considered, candidates should have experience using and troubleshooting baseball or sport science technology. Familiarity with Blast Motion, TrackMan, and video integration is preferred. The candidate should also be proficient with computers, iPads, and other electronics and be available to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in Spanish or Chinese Mandarin (Taiwanese) is a plus.
