Monday
BOYS SOCCER
The Titans of Pembroke, led by Quinn Reilly and Wil McManus, secured a 3-0 victory over Marshfield. Jack Duperre, Matt McAuliffe, and Shane Crowley provided crucial assists, while goalkeeper Jack Eva ensured a shutout. Pembroke’s impressive season record now stands at 14-2-1.
Plymouth North dominated their match against Quincy, with goal-scorers Francis Amani, Josh Murray, Lucas Magalhaes, and Miguel Olivera leading them to a 5-1 victory. Murray, Jack Corby, Drew Healy, Colin Riley Perec, and Christian Mahoney contributed assists to the team’s success.
Abington triumphed over Whitman-Hanson with a 4-1 scoreline, thanks to goals from Iury Cassemiro, Aiden Grafton, and Liam Murtagh. Max Lindo, Enzo de Souza, and Richard Galvao provided valuable assists.
The Bulldogs of Rockland tied New Bedford with a 2-2 score, courtesy of goals from Noah Jordan and João Faria. Rockland finishes the season with a record of 11-6-1.
West Bridgewater’s eighth-grader Dylan Spadea stole the spotlight with 3 goals and 1 assist in a 6-0 victory over Carver. Aiden Mussari, Noah Schneeweis, and Derek Cashman also contributed to the scoring. Freshman goalkeeper Ben Stapleton secured his fifth shutout of the season. The Wildcats conclude their season with a record of 5-12-3.
GIRLS SOCCER
Maeve White of Archbishop Williams scored her 87th career goal, tying the program’s scoring record, in a 3-0 win over Brockton.
In a 2-2 draw against Weston, Emma Pero and Mary Heffernan found the back of the net for Cardinal Spellman. Grace Foster and Abi Clark provided assists, while Erin O’Donnell showcased her skills in the midfield. The Cardinals finish the regular season with an impressive 15-1-2 record.
Abington secured a 2-1 victory over Bedford, with goals from Jill Groom and Ella Williamson. Rylee Nowlan recorded an assist, and goalkeeper Molly Joyce played a stellar game.
It was a triumphant day for the Hull Pirates as they defeated Rockland 3-0. Fallon Ryan scored two goals, while Elly Thomas added one. Veronica Fleming and Meghan Duran contributed with assists. Goalkeeper Montana Alibrandi earned a shutout, maintaining the Pirates’ strong record of 13-2-2 in the South Shore League.
