The San Jose Sharks faced devastating losses to the Vancouver Canucks and Pittsburgh Penguins in November. However, the Sharks redeemed themselves with a thrilling 4-3 victory over the Canucks on Saturday night at SAP Center.
Sharks center Mikael Granlund, who recently joined the team, scored his first goal of the season and expressed his joy for the win. “It feels good to win a game in this building,” Granlund said. “We’ve been trending in a good direction here so hopefully we can give these fans some good moments throughout the season.”
Rookie Ty Emberson also made his mark by scoring his first NHL goal early in the game, while veterans Fabian Zetterlund and Mike Hoffman also contributed to the thrilling victory.
