The Sacramento Kings have just announced the incredible enhancements that fans can look forward to at Golden 1 Center for the upcoming 2023-24 NBA Season.

“As we prepare for the regular season, we are thrilled to enhance the overall fan experience,” said John Rinehart, the President of Business Operations for the Sacramento Kings. “From exclusive benefits and interactive experiences to new food and beverage concepts and convenient payment options, we are dedicated to ensuring our fans have a fantastic game day experience.”

Introducing Royalty Pass+

Due to the overwhelming response to the Kings loyalty program, Royalty Pass, the team has developed an enhanced version called Royalty Pass+. This paid membership offers fans exclusive benefits during both game days and the entire season. Members will enjoy perks such as food and beverage credits at every home game, a $50 credit at the Kings Team Store, access to members-only merchandise, invitations to private events, presale access for playoffs, and more. To become a member, visit Kings.com/RoyaltyPassPlus.

This season, the free-to-join Kings loyalty program, Royalty Pass, continues to provide personalized ways for fans to unlock exclusive offers and earn rewards. By attending games, purchasing Kings merchandise, participating in predictive gaming, and more, fans can complete challenges and earn credits for food and beverages at Golden 1 Center, enjoy discounts at the Kings Team Store, and win other exciting prizes. For more information on Royalty Pass and how to participate, visit Kings.com/RoyaltyPass.

Engage with New Concourse Activation for Fans

This season, fans will have the opportunity to participate in an interactive game called the Golden 1 Skills Challenge, located at Section 111. Fans are encouraged to follow the movements directed by Slamson, the beloved mascot of the Sacramento Kings, as well as Goldie, the mascot of Golden 1 Credit Union. The challenge includes dribbling on a mini court, and as fans collect points, they will earn a chance to take a photo with the Sacramento Kings Victory Beam.

Enjoy New Food and Beverage Offerings

This season, Kings fans will experience faster and more convenient purchasing options throughout the arena with Clover® Sport technology from Fiserv. With nearly 300 Clover devices deployed in concession locations and premium seating areas, checkout times will be significantly reduced.

In addition, Golden 1 Center is expanding its mobile ordering options with the Tapin2 platform available at every stand. This allows fans to stay engaged in the game while placing orders from their seats for convenient mobile pickup.

Building on the success of Golden 1 Center’s locally sourced food and beverage program, new offerings have been announced for Kings fans this season. These include a Birria Grilled Cheese at Centro’s, a Double Smash Burger with 916 Sauce at Café Bernardo’s, and Gyro Fires at Petra Greek, among others.

For quick snacks and beverages, fans can visit Power Market, a self-service convenience store located on the Plaza level near Section 118. This grab-and-go space uses Mashgin AI and computer vision for a seamless checkout process, providing fans with everything they need for game day, including water, chips, candies, and more.

Wine enthusiasts can explore the new in-arena wine destination, Belle Glos Wine Cellar, located by the southwest entrance of the arena. This destination offers a selection of varietals produced from California’s most notable regions, including brands like Belle Glos, Boen, Elouan, and Napa Valley Quilt.

The Market Kitchen, a fresh concept at Section 201 near the Sierra Nevada Draught House, will showcase chicken wings and feature Sugar Coated Cupcakes, the Kings 2023 Capitalize: Food winner, with their Chicken and Waffle Cupcakes.

Join the Kids Club and Discover the First Game Program

This season, the Sacramento Kings have enhanced the Sacramento Kings Kids Club, presented by Delta Dental of California. Parents can sign up their kids for a free membership at Kings.com/KidsClub, granting access to special news and family-friendly opportunities throughout the season. Alternatively, they can upgrade to the 2023-24 Kids Club All-Star Membership, which includes a kit full of Kings gear and exclusive perks. The All-Star Membership will be available for purchase at Fan Fest on October 21.

The Kings have also improved the First Game Program, presented by First 5 California, for fans attending their first game. These fans will receive a certificate, a mini ball, and a commemorative button. The items can be collected at the First Game kiosk located at Section 124.

While the flagship Team Store undergoes renovation, fans are encouraged to visit the temporary Team Store located at the southwest entrance on L Street. Alternatively, they can shop online at KingsTeamStore.com. On home game days, a special pop-up location will be available on the main floor of DOCO’s West Plaza, across from Macy’s, starting October 15. Renovations are expected to be completed by late November.
