Inter Milan striker Marko Arnautovic is thrilled to be back in his homeland of Austria for the upcoming Champions League showdown against Red Bull Salzburg.

Arnautovic acknowledged that “Salzburg is a formidable team. They are a youthful squad with a skilled coach.”

“But we are here to win,” he emphasized.

Reflecting on his time off due to injury, Arnautovic admitted, “Being sidelined for six weeks was challenging. I’m not accustomed to it.”

“I was separated from the team,” he recollected. “But now that I’m back, I am eager to contribute and support everyone.”

When asked about his potential role in Inter’s starting attacking lineup now that he is fit, Arnautovic deferred to the coach, stating, “That’s a decision for the coach to make.”

“If he chooses to field me, I will give my all to help the team,” he affirmed.
