LAS VEGAS – The fighters who participated in the UFC Fight Night 230 event on Saturday were rewarded with a total of $167,500 in UFC Promotional Guidelines Compliance pay. This program, which includes various requirements such as outfitting and media obligations, has replaced the previous payment system under the UFC Athlete Outfitting Policy. The event took place at the UFC Apex and was streamed on ESPN+.

The UFC Promotional Guidelines Compliance program pays fighters based on their number of UFC fights, as well as their fights in the Zuffa-era WEC and Strikeforce organizations. The payout tiers are as follows: 1-3 bouts earn $4,000, 4-5 bouts earn $4,500, 6-10 bouts earn $6,000, 11-15 bouts earn $11,000, 16-20 bouts earn $16,000, and 21 or more bouts earn $21,000. Champions receive $42,000 and title challengers receive $32,000.

In addition to these payouts, UFC fighters also receive royalty payments of 20-30% from the sale of UFC merchandise featuring their likeness.
