Fayetteville-Manlius’ Trisha Adavikolanu
Name: Trisha Adavikolanu
School: Fayetteville-Manlius
Class: Senior
Position: First doubles

What’s next for you? College

Which teacher or coach has inspired you? Coach Rudolph has inspired me to always give my best without worrying about the outcome. He always says “to hit my shots and don’t worry about the score.” He also taught me to always try and get things done a little quicker because, like others, he has to go make sure his dogs are OK.

What day in your life would you like to relive? I would like to relive the day I got a 105 on a hard test and then found 20 bucks on the ground an hour later.

What was your last TV show binge? Would you recommend it? I binged “Wizards of Waverly Place.” I recommend it because it’s really funny and reminds me of when I was a kid and I and my sister would watch it.

If you could have any fictional character as your teammate in your sport, who would it be? I would want Spider-Man to be my teammate because he could just web to the other side of the court when it’s in a corner or something like that.

Fayetteville-Manlius’ Shreya Bhattacharya
Name: Shreya Bhattacharya
School: Fayetteville-Manlius
Class: Junior
Position: Doubles

What’s next for you? I still have one more year left on the team, so practicing during the offseason and getting through junior year. I aim to get my license soon, too!

Which teacher or coach has inspired you? I would say one of my first coaches when I started playing tennis. Coach Anthony Scarlett from Midtown Athletic Club was a great coach who taught me a lot and inspired me to be a better player.

What day in your life would you like to relive? Probably the day we won team sectionals this year. The match was super close against a great team, and winning this year made it feel like all our hard work paid off.

What was your last TV show binge? Would you recommend it? I just finished “Only Murders in the Building” on Hulu. It’s a really good comedy murder mystery in a way, so I definitely recommend it.

If you could have any fictional character as your teammate in your sport, who would it be? Definitely Dwight from “The Office.” I feel like he’d be amazing at the net and just put his all into it. He’d probably have to work on his sportsmanship, though.
