Week 11 in college football was relatively drama-free, with little chaos to disrupt the US LBM Coaches Poll. The top eight teams maintain their positions, with some positions seeing small differences in the rankings.
Georgia remains at No. 1 after a conclusive victory over then-No. 10 Mississippi, earning 58 of 64 first-place votes. No. 2 Michigan and No. 3 Ohio State, both impressively victorious on Saturday, are only 12 poll points apart as they head towards their anticipated head-to-head matchup in less than two weeks. No. 4 Florida State and No. 5 Washington also hold steady after surviving closely contested games to maintain their unblemished records. However, there have been some changes further down the rankings.

HIGHS AND LOWS: Find out who were the winners and losers in college football after Week 11
Entering the top 10 this week are No. 9 Louisville and No. 10 Oregon State. No. 9 Louisville’s entry into the top 10 marks its first appearance since Nov. 13, 2016, while Oregon State’s position is its first top-10 showing since Oct. 21, 2012. Meanwhile, Penn State has slipped three places to No. 12, and Mississippi, despite a loss, has only fallen four spots to No. 14. Missouri has risen to a season-high No. 11 after an important win against Tennessee, who has tumbled seven positions to No. 19.
Iowa and Kansas State are back in the poll this week, at No. 23 and 24, respectively. Additionally, Oklahoma State has retained the No. 25 spot but has dropped eight positions following its loss at Central Florida. On the other hand, Kansas and Fresno State are absent from this week’s rankings.
