Cristiano Ronaldo has been named in Roberto Martinez’s Portugal squad for the latest round of international fixtures in Euro 2024 qualifying.
The Al Nassr forward has scored an impressive 36 goals in 42 appearances in Saudi Arabia since joining almost a year ago following his departure from Manchester United.

The forward has scored four goals in his previous two European qualifying matches for Portugal, including braces against Slovakia and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Ronaldo has only missed one match so far in the European qualifiers for Germany 2024, which was Portugal’s 9-0 win against Luxembourg in September where he was suspended due to two yellow cards.

Ronaldo’s inclusion in Portugal’s squad for these matches suggests he is likely to start against Liechtenstein.
The last time he faced the country was back in March when he scored a brace.
