Darren Till expressed his disappointment after attending The PRIME Card on Saturday.
Till, a former UFC title contender, was present at AO Arena in Manchester, England, for Misfits Boxing’s event, which featured boxing matches between Tommy Fury and KSI, as well as Logan Paul and Dillon Danis.
After witnessing the event, Till was shocked by the subpar boxing skills displayed that night.
“Hell won tonight because we’re living in hell right now. That’s how bad it was,” remarked Till in an interview with Seconds Out.
In the co-main event, Danis struggled in the striking department against Paul and resorted to grappling, resulting in his disqualification.
Till acknowledged Danis’ prowess in jiu-jitsu but criticized his boxing skills against Paul.
“He’s terrible,” Till stated. “He’s a great jiu-jitsu fighter. … Dillon Danis is a jiu-jitsu fighter. He’s not a boxer. He’s f*cking sh*te. They’re all sh*te. What do you want me to say? I’m standing here for one of them to even look at me and say one thing. They’re all sh*te.”
Earlier this year, Till and the UFC agreed to terminate his contract, making him a free agent. While attending The PRIME Card, Till hoped to find potential fights of interest but was disappointed.
“I don’t have much to say,” Till shared. “I came here looking for some fights, and no one, except ‘Platinum’ Mike Perry, wants to fight me. He’s a proper, real fighter.
“Listen, Tommy Fury, I’ve said it to other people: God bless him. He’s a good guy, and I like his family, but he’s awful, and they’re all awful. I’d f*cking fight everyone in one night. I’d comatose them all, I promise you. I’m in the best gym right now in Liverpool.”
