Jack Eichel shines with a brilliant performance, recording two goals and three assists, leading the Vegas Golden Knights to a decisive 7-4 victory against the Los Angeles Kings at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Adding to the Knights’ success, Jonathan Marchessault contributed with a goal and three assists, while Mark Stone provided two assists. Adin Hill showcased his goaltending skills with 22 saves.

On the Kings’ side, Kevin Fiala and Matt Roy made important contributions, each scoring a goal and providing an assist. Drew Doughty and Pierre-Luc Dubois also played a part, tallying two assists apiece. Cam Talbot displayed his abilities between the pipes, making an impressive 28 saves.

This showdown marked the final preseason game for both teams, concluding their preparations before the start of the regular season.

Kevin Fiala momentarily put the Kings back in the lead, as he delivered a goal at 15:48, resulting in a 4-3 scoreline. However, Nicolas Roy responded for the Knights, tying the game at 4-4 with a rebound goal at 3:27 of the third period.

At the 9:00 mark, Jack Eichel tilted the scales in the Knights’ favor, giving them a 5-4 lead. The momentum continued for Vegas as Jonathan Marchessault swiftly scored a power-play goal just 37 seconds later, further extending their lead to 6-4.

To seal the deal, Eichel scored into an empty net at 19:04, solidifying the 7-4 victory for the Vegas Golden Knights.
