The Milwaukee Brewers are bringing back their highly anticipated “Winter Warm-Up” event after a hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic. This year, the event will have a modified format and take place on two separate days.

The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, Jan. 13, and Sunday, Jan. 14 at different locations. On Saturday, there will be autograph sessions and main-stage entertainment at the Miller High Life Theatre in Milwaukee, while Sunday will feature a kids baseball clinic at Ethic Sports Academy in New Berlin.

Tickets for the event will go on sale Friday, Nov. 3, at 10 a.m. on the Brewers website.

Due to conflicts with the Wisconsin Center District and State Fairgrounds, the Brewers had to find a smaller venue and switch to a two-day format. In the past, all events were held in one day at the Wisconsin Center. Last January, the team tried a scaled-back (but highly attended) event at the bar Dugout 54 in Milwaukee.

During the kids baseball clinic, children aged 14 and under can participate in two-hour sessions to receive batting and fielding instruction from the Brewers Baseball Academy and Brewers players. All skill levels are welcome.

On Saturday, autograph sessions will run from 10 to 11 a.m., followed by a main stage show at noon featuring live entertainment hosted by Brewers broadcasters. The show will include player interviews, game shows, and more.

Players, coaches, and top prospects will be present at both events. Tickets for the Saturday main stage show only will cost $22, while a ticket for both the autograph session and main stage show will cost $42. Sunday clinic tickets will cost $30 per session.

“We are thrilled to bring back an off-season event where our fans can engage with their favorite Brewers players and organization members,” said Brewers president Rick Schlesinger. “This event will include many beloved activities from the former Brewers On Deck, along with the addition of Kids Clinics the next day. By hosting two days of activities, Brewers fans can enjoy an extended baseball experience as we welcome the New Year.”
