Prepare to experience the “Best Day Ever” at the United Center this Thanksgiving weekend with the Chicago Blackhawks as they host a youth-focused celebration on Sunday, Nov. 26 against the St. Louis Blues.

The event aims to engage fans of all ages with special activities and entertainment, with a particular focus on the next generation of hockey enthusiasts. “With entertainment for our next generation of fans at the forefront of this series of games, the team looks forward to building their love of hockey for years to come,” said Jaime Faulkner, President of Business Operations for the Blackhawks.

The day’s festivities will feature youth entertainment hosts, a youth public address announcer, and a youth organist. Educational graphics will be displayed on the jumbotron to teach kids about the game of hockey, and there will be kid-friendly segments and interactive games during select TV timeouts. Additionally, fans can enjoy music from DJ Arman and drummer Mason Tucker during intermission. The ice crew will be joined by high school hockey players, and two teenage fans will get to shadow the referees before the game.

Furthermore, the Blackhawks will be relaunching their Kids Club, offering sign-ups for fans at the 100-level concourse or online.

The United Center Atrium will open at 10:30 a.m. and will feature a variety of special activities, including a pancake artist, DJ, puppy pen, creative station, gaming station, balloon artist, and more, ensuring there will be plenty of holiday cheer.

Sunday’s game is just the beginning of the “Best Day Ever” game series at the United Center, with four other Saturday and Sunday afternoon games throughout the season set to feature similar celebrations.
