LIV Golf unveiled the partial schedule for its highly anticipated third season, featuring an expanded international presence, events coinciding with major PGA Tour tournaments, and some surprising omissions.
The schedule, released on Wednesday, includes 12 of the expected 14 events, with plans for seven international tournaments and the possibility of an eighth as the full schedule is finalized. Additionally the schedule will feature new stops in Las Vegas, Nashville, and Houston, alongside six domestic U.S. events.
Comparatively, LIV played six international events and eight in the United States in 2023.
However, the release did not disclose the dates or sites for the 2024 individual and team championships. The expectation is for these events to be moved up on the calendar to avoid a repeat of the scheduling issues from the last two seasons.
LIV’s 2024 season will kick off in Mexico during the first week of February, followed by an event at the Las Vegas Country Club just days before Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada.
New U.S. stops will take place at the Golf Club of Houston in June and The Grove in Nashville later that month. Notably absent from the 2024 schedule is Rich Harvest Farms, which hosted previous LIV events.
Several 2024 LIV events will coincide with major PGA Tour tournaments, including the Las Vegas tournament and The Genesis Invitational. This begs the question of whether these events will take place as LIV and the PGA Tour continue to negotiate a framework agreement.

LIV Golf is not going away. Neither are questions about its future
The regular season will conclude at The Greenbrier in West Virginia in mid-August.
In addition to the absence of individual and team championship details, the schedule does not include the U.S. site for an early April event before the Masters.
Trump Doral, the site of the 2022 and 2023 team championships, is also not on the initial 2024 schedule. There is speculation that the resort could host an early April event, potentially coinciding with the U.S. presidential election cycle.
Another potential site for the 2024 championship events is South Korea, highlighting LIV’s expanding global footprint.
The scheduled international events for 2024 include stops in Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
