INDIANAPOLIS – The NCAA Division III Men’s Soccer Committee has unveiled the 64 teams that will compete in the 2023 NCAA Division III Men’s Soccer Championship.
A total of 41 conferences have received automatic qualification for the championship. One team has been selected from Pool B, while the remaining 22 berths have been reserved for Pool C. Pool C includes institutions from automatic-qualifying conferences that did not win their conference championship, as well as any remaining Pool B teams.
All tournament games leading up to the national semifinals will be held on the campuses of the participating institutions. Sixteen sites are set to host four teams each for the first and second-round matches between November 10-12 or 11-12.
The winners of the second-round matches will advance to one of the four sectional sites on November 17-19. The four sectional winners will then compete in the national semifinals on December 1 at Kerr Soccer Stadium in Salem, Va., with the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and the City of Salem serving as hosts. The national championship game will take place on December 3. The Division III women’s soccer national semifinals and championship games will also be held at Kerr Soccer Stadium on November 30 and December 2.
